Welcome to HeimLinen ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website https://www.heimlinen.com (the "Site"), including all content, services, and products available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Account Requirement

An official HeimLinen account is required to place an order on our website. You may register easily with your email address or through supported third-party social login providers.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heimlinen.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Third-Party Account Login

We offer the option to register and log in using third-party accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and GitHub (each a "Social Provider").

By choosing to log in via a Social Provider, you:

• Authorize HeimLinen to access the basic profile information that you have made available to that Social Provider, which typically includes your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Understand that the data we receive is governed by your privacy settings on the respective Social Provider platform.
• Acknowledge that we do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices, terms of service, or security of any Social Provider.
• Agree that your use of the Social Provider's services is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.

Social login is provided solely for authentication and account creation purposes. We will not post content, send messages, or perform any actions on your behalf on any Social Provider platform without your explicit consent.

You may unlink your social account at any time by contacting support@heimlinen.com. Unlinking will not delete your HeimLinen account or order history, but you will need to set a password to continue accessing your account.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display our bedding, duvet covers, sheet sets and home textile products as accurately as possible. Colors, textures and dimensions may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances. All product dimensions are shown in both inches and centimeters for reference. Product availability is subject to change without notice. Customized items generally take more than 30 calendar days for total delivery.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, typically 24 hours after order placement.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not charge import fees, duties or VAT. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total order amount including sales tax and shipping fee to your selected payment method.

6. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, product information errors or suspected fraud. Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund; once shipped, order cancellation is not allowed.

If you refuse to sign for the package upon delivery and the item is returned to our warehouse, we will refund 50% of the total paid amount, minus our $9.99 shipping and processing deduction. Even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, we paid the carrier to deliver your package.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with original tags and original packaging attached.

• Non-quality returns: Customer bears return shipping cost. The refund amount equals 50% of the total paid amount, minus our $9.99 shipping and processing deduction. Even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, we paid the carrier to deliver your package. Please note that we do not accept exchanges; if you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 24 hours upon receipt, keep all packaging for verification; we will cover return shipping cost.

The $9.99 shipping and processing deduction is non-refundable for all non-quality returns and refused deliveries.

Refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after receiving our refund confirmation email, please contact us at service@heimlinen.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of HeimLinen or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, nor damage, disable or interfere with website operation. Prohibited activities include unauthorized system access, data scraping, uploading malicious code and interfering with other users' access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeimLinen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchased products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeimLinen, its affiliates, officers and employees from all claims, damages and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
