All orders are processed at our warehouse in Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China and shipped to addresses within the United States via international logistics.
Processing time takes 1–3 calendar days after order placement. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days, and Express shipping (UPS/FedEx/DHL) takes 3–5 business days where available. Availability is determined at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, and destination zip code.
Shipping to Remote Areas & U.S. Territories
We provide shipping service to the entire United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and inhabited U.S. territories.
- Non-contiguous U.S. States
- Alaska (AK): entire state is classified as remote area, including Anchorage, Fairbanks, Aleutian Islands, etc.
- Hawaii (HI): entire state is classified as remote area, including Honolulu (Oahu), Maui, Big Island, etc.
- Inhabited U.S. Territories (all treated as remote/special areas)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Guam (GU)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP, including Saipan)
- American Samoa (AS)

Remote/high-cost areas within the contiguous U.S.Northern Maine, Indian Reservations in Arizona, remote counties in Montana, etc. Additional shipping fees may apply for these areas.

Uninhabited islandsWe do NOT ship to uninhabited islands, including Midway Island, Wake Island, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Palmyra Atoll, Navassa Island.
Delivery time to remote areas and U.S. territories will be extended, approximately 13–15 business days for reference only.
Delivery time may be extended due to unexpected situations such as order surges, bad weather, customs clearance, and force majeure. The total delivery time for customized items is over 30 calendar days but not more than 60 calendar days.
All estimated delivery times are based on real historical order data and are for reference only.
Shipping services may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and courier companies operate with limited schedules. This is beyond our control, and all services will resume normal operations immediately after holidays.
Shipping Fee & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $79.
Express Shipping: $69 flat rate. Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping promotions. Availability and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.
What Happens If I Refuse to Sign for the Package?
If you refuse package acceptance upon delivery, once the item is returned and received by our warehouse, we will refund 50% of the total paid amount, minus our $9.99 shipping and processing deduction. Even if your originally qualified for free shipping, we paid the carrier to deliver your package.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. You can log in to My Account > My Orders to check order status and obtain the tracking number, or click the Track Order link directly.
After shipment, the tracking number may take several days to activate in the courier system. If tracking information is temporarily unavailable, please check back later. The estimated shipping time remains valid and will not be affected by courier website updates.
Tax Notice
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, customs fees, and VAT are included in the product price. Customers are not required to pay any import fees, duties, or VAT upon delivery. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
