An official HeimLinen account is required to place an order. You may register with your email address or through supported third-party social login providers (Google, X, and GitHub). When you log in via a social provider, you authorize us to access the basic profile information necessary for account creation (typically your name, email address, and profile picture). We will never post content or take actions on any social platform on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heimlinen.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

 

 

By placing an order, you authorize HeimLinen to charge the total order amount — including the item price and any applicable shipping fee — to your selected payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing or product information errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

 

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay. Currently, we do not collect sales tax at checkout.

 

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal’s secure checkout. Your payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers. For full details, see our Payment & Tax Policy. Please ensure your billing address matches the address registered with your payment provider; orders with mismatched billing information may require additional verification or be cancelled.

 

 

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., all inhabited U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO). Every order ships from one of two fulfillment channels, assigned automatically based on real-time inventory: items marked "Local" ship from our U.S. warehouses via UPS or FedEx; all other items ship via USPS from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated delivery is 2–4 business days (Local) or 6–9 business days (Standard) for the 48 states and D.C., and 12–19 or 16–24 business days respectively for remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses). Orders of $39.00 or more ship free; a $9.99 flat rate applies to smaller orders. Orders containing items from both warehouses may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost. You may cancel any order before shipment for a full refund — contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; please use the return process instead. Customized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically 24 hours after ordering).

 

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. For non-quality returns of standard items, you pay the return shipping and no restocking fee applies; for oversized items, a restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies, capped at our actual shipping & handling costs, confirmed in writing before return. Items marked "Final Sale" and customized items are not eligible for non-quality returns. Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are refunded or replaced in full at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges.

 

 

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances. All product dimensions are shown in both inches and centimeters. HeimLinen is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

 

 

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software — is the property of HeimLinen or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeimLinen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

 

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page; material changes will also be notified to registered customers by email. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
