Welcome to HeimLinen (us.heimlinen.com). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

1. Orders & Purchases

An official HeimLinen account is required to place an order. You may register easily with your email address. By placing an order, you authorize HeimLinen to charge the total order amount—including the item price, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees—to your selected payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal: Pay via PayPal balance, bank account, or linked cards.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted through PayPal’s secure checkout. No PayPal account is required.

Payment Security

We use PayPal Smart Button technology for all transactions. Your payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers. All purchases are protected by PayPal’s industry-standard security protocols.

Billing Information

Please ensure your billing address matches the address registered with your payment provider. Orders with mismatched billing information may require additional verification or be cancelled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all eligible U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa). We do not ship to uninhabited U.S. islands.

Processing Time

Processing takes 1–3 calendar days after order placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS/FedEx/DHL): 3–5 business days (where available; determined at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, and destination zip code)

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. All estimated delivery times are based on real historical order data and are for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be extended due to unexpected situations such as order surges, severe weather, public holidays, or force majeure. Shipping services may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers operate with limited schedules. This is beyond our control, and normal operations resume immediately after holidays.

Customized Items

Orders for customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically after 24 hours). Total delivery for customized items is 30–60 calendar days.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $79.
  • A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $79.
  • Express Shipping: $69 flat rate. Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping promotions.
  • Express shipping availability and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. You can log in to My Account > My Orders to check order status, or click the Track Order link directly in the email.

After shipment, the tracking number may take several days to activate in the courier system. If tracking information is temporarily unavailable, please check back later. The estimated shipping time remains valid and will not be affected by courier website update delays.

6. Taxes & Import Fees

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, customs fees, and VAT are included in the product price. Customers are NOT required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT upon delivery. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. No additional tax will be charged upon delivery.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@heimlinen.com with your order number and cancellation reason.

  • Unshipped orders: Full refund available. We process the cancellation within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipped orders: Cancellation is no longer possible. You may sign for the package normally or refuse delivery upon arrival (see Section 8 below).
  • Customized items: Cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to sign for the package upon delivery and it is returned to our warehouse, we will refund 50% of the total paid amount, minus our $9.99 shipping and processing deduction. Even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, we paid the carrier to deliver your package, and this cost is non-recoverable.

9. Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return requests submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Late requests will not be accepted.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first will not be processed. To start a return, contact us at service@heimlinen.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send return instructions (including the official return address and RMA number if applicable) within 1–2 business days.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags intact and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund, and the buyer shall bear all related costs to reclaim the item or dispose of it.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-quality / personal preference returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging for verification. We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund (including any original shipping fees paid) upon warehouse confirmation.

Refund Amount

  • Non-quality returns & refused deliveries: Refund = 50% of total paid amount minus $9.99 shipping and processing deduction.
  • Quality-related returns: Full order amount including any shipping fees will be refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, refunds are generally processed within 5–15 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after receiving our confirmation email, please contact us at service@heimlinen.com.

Return Address

Important: Do not send returns to the sender address in China. All returns must be shipped to our designated US return facility only. Do not send returns to the address printed on the shipping package, as it is not our official return facility. We cannot process refunds for items sent to unauthorized addresses.We currently only accept returns from addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all eligible U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa), consistent with our shipping coverage.

Return Process Summary

  1. Submit a return request via email within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method and share the tracking number with us.
  4. Warehouse inspection and refund processing (5–15 business days).

10. Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our Return Policy above) and place a new order.

11. Product Information & Care

We offer standard US sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King. Detailed dimensions in inches and centimeters are listed on each product page.

Our bedding is made of premium materials including microfiber and bamboo blends. Material details are shown on each product page.

Care instructions vary by item. Generally, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Always follow the care label on your product. HeimLinen is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software—is the property of HeimLinen or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeimLinen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
